Free Sources

• EDGAR – The SEC’s EDGAR database provides free access to corporate filings, including registration statements, prospectuses and periodic reports filed on Forms 10-K and 10-Q, as well as recent corporate events reported on Form 8-K.
• Company Websites – Companies typically provide recent annual reports and many SEC filings directly on their websites. Look for an "investor relations" section.

• LSEG Workspace – see LSEG Workspace access help. Go to the Advanced Filings Search app. Covers SEC filings and filings in other countries.
• WRDS SEC Analytics Suite – see WRDS access help. Use the Filings Search tool to search across a variety of SEC filings.
• Capital IQ – see Capital IQ access help. Hover over the Companies tab and click on Filings & Annual Reports. Covers SEC filings and filings in other countries.
