Restore Your PitchBook Access
Some users have encountered an "Access denied" error when trying to access PitchBook (screenshot on the right). The vendor is working on resolving this issue. In the meantime, please follow these steps to restore access to your account:
- Navigate to PitchBook
- Click on “Create an Account” at the bottom
- Enter the name and Stanford email address associated with your existing PitchBook account.
- You will receive an email to reset your password. After resetting your password, you should be able to login to your account. If you are off-campus, in order to authenticate you as a Stanford user, please add the following URL prefix to the reset password link in the email: https://stanford.idm.oclc.org/login?url=
